| Sunday 5th March 2006 | Result: | Scorers: | Man Of The Match: | | Croxley v. NWR | 3 - 1 | | | | | | | Match Report | | | It was disappointing for us all to lose yet another match. In my opinion we are playing good football in defence and midfield, but making it easy for oppositions by not attacking their defences quicker and taking our chances. Overall : We made an average team (Croxley Guilds) look like a very good side today. Our boys fought with their sleeves pulled up throughout the match and showed how much they enjoy playing football. I totally believe in the players and with the necessary training, we can improve up front and start taking our chances. |
| Sunday 26th February 2006 | Result: | Scorers: | Man Of The Match: | | Northwood v. NWR | 2 - 0 | | | | | | | Match Report | | | This match saw another good work rate from our boys and we battled hard throughout the game. However, we did not create enough chances and unfortunately missed some chances up front. This fact is evident in our last 5 matches, as we've only scored one and let in nine goals. Overall : As always our boys gave 100% and showed the sprit and character to win matches. With this attitude I believe we can turn things around, regain our confidence and start wining matches again. |
| Sunday 19th February 2006 | Result: | Scorers: | Man Of The Match: | | NWR v. Whetstone Tigers | 0 - 1 | | | | | | | Match Report | | | We played impressive football on the day, looking formidable in defence and always a threat to the opposition up front and in midfield. At present we are goal shy and not taking our chances in front of goal. Overall : Good display from our boys, but we were unable to match the hard work with goals. |
| Sunday 12th February 2006 | Result: | Scorers: | Man Of The Match: | | Everett Rovers v. NWR | 2 - 0 | | | | | | | Match Report | | This match was a local derby played in good spirit. Two early goals from our local rivals left us chasing the game on the day. However, all credit to our players for showing great character throughout the match and in particular, Joshua for coming out of his sick bed to play the game.
On behalf of the team, a get well soon wishes to Bradley and Mattey who were both out sick.
Overall : A hard working team effort from our boys. |
